GrantTree was founded in 2010 by Paulina Sygulska-Tenner and Daniel Tenner out of their drive to provide tangible value to the burgeoning tech startup ecosystem. The business grew rapidly and became known for its high quality service. When both founders exited in 2019, Nicky Johnson took over as CEO with a remit to scale the business and expand our impact.
In 2024, we were joined by now Chairman and CEO, Bob Leung. With over a decade of leadership experience, he’s passionate about creating self-driven teams and shaping company cultures that truly value and uplift their people. His mission is simple: to build not just great companies, but great places to work.
